OEM has manufactured hydraulic press systems since 1983 for a wide variety of applications including the manufacture of Printed Circuit Boards, Copper Clad Laminates, Rubber Products, Plastic Cards, Golf Club Shafts, Tennis shoe soles, Phenolic paper, Biomedical products, Flexible Circuitry, Ball Grid Arrays, Biodegradeable food packaging products, Plastic products, Seals and much more. We currently have over 480 systems worldwide.
OEM has developed a wide range of innovative press designs and we pride ourselves on constantly improving our product design to provide the highest standards of design, performance, reliability and service.
OEM’ manufactures both vacuum and non-vacuum presses. OEM pioneered the use of vacuum press technology in the manufacture of printed circuit boards in order to remove entrapped air and volatiles. The result has been that vacuum lamination has allowed PCB manufacturers to increase yields, boost productivity, and develop more sophisticated product.
