CCC Automatic Build-up Line

Accumulator & Conveyor System

OEM Lay-up station with top tool plate pick-up removes the top tooling plate and allows the operator to place material on the bottom tool plate. This station may be stand-alone or integrated into the conveyor line.

OEM Automatic "CCC" System can be designed to accommodate a variety of materials and products. As part of the automation of the lay-up process these dispensers can be integrated to generate efficient lay-up of unpressed books.

OEM Breakdown station with top tool plate pick-up removes the top tooling plate and allows the operator to remove the pressed book from the bottom tool plate. This station may be stand-alone or integrated into the conveyor line.
OEM Single or Quad Piston Depinners are used for depinning pressed books. These depinners can be designed to depin specific book sizes, thickness, etc. according to customer requirement.

OEM Empty Tray Storage can be designed to integrate into the conveyor system to provide storage facilities for empty trays. These storage units can be designed as LILO, LIFO, or FILO.

OEM Accumulator Rack Units are heavy duty vertical storage units designed to integrate with the system Hot Press, Cold Press, and Loader/Unloader. They can be used to store pressed or unpressed product molds. These storage units do not index but are supplied with product from the conveyors using lift inserter/extractors or the loader when used as an in-line buffer.

OEM Lift Inserter/Extractors are used to convey materials/products from the conveyor to the accumulator rack units. The lift inserter takes material coming from lay-up off the conveyor, indexes up to the accumulator rack unit and inserts the material in the appropriate opening. The lift extractor removes the material (finished product/pressed book) from the accumulator rack unit and conveys it to break-down along the conveyor.

OEM Storage Pop-ups are integrated into the material handling system to facilitate in-line elevated storage of trays so that empty trays or completed trays can travel along the conveyor line underneath the elevated pop-ups.

OEM Transfer Pop-ups are integrated into the material handling system to facilitate transfer of trays from the conveyor to stations along the conveyor line such as lay-up or break-down stations. Transfer Pop-ups are designed to facilitate 90 degree transfers.
