Vacuum Press Systems – ensure the efficient removal of entrapped air and volatiles by integrating the OEM Vacuum Press into your production system. With a welded vacuum chamber to ensure leak-free vacuum processing the OEM press offers vacuum lamination combined with accurate hydraulic pressure control. Full evacuation of the vacuum chamber can be achieved within seven to ten (7-10) minutes, vacuum levels can be monitored via a vacuum guage, and via a vacuum transducer with the information automatically forwarded to a computer control screen.

Laboratory Presses - 10 Ton to 150 Ton Laboratory Presses, with or without vacuum, for Research and Development applications. The OEM Lab press offers all the capabilities of a production press in a development environment, through even pressure application, accurate temperature control and precise and repeatable process control. Data gathering capabilities for comprehensive analysis of your results. The "OEM Advantage" controls programme provides fully automatic ten (10) segment recipe control for accurate cycle management. Plastic Card Lamination Presses – OEM offers Single Stack and Twin Stack Lamination Press systems for the manufacture of contact, contactless and dual interface cards. OEM’s innovative in-line twin stack lamination system offers uninterrupted smooth operation and high production. Our Quad Piston press design enables us to offer a twelve (12) opening laminator with a low profile first platen height of 28" (711mm) from floor level and a top platen height of 96" (2438mm) from floor level making the press openings easy to access for maintenance purposes. OEM offers several innovative press loading and unloading system that increase the efficiencies and productivity of your lamination system.

Lamination Presses - for multiple applications, heated platens utilizing electric heat, steam heating or thermal fluid heating. Platen cooling capability can be provided for complete processing in one press. Vacuum lamination can be incorporated for higher yields and improved product quality.

High Temperature Presses – process your exotic materials at high temperature with the OEM Press System. Presses with maximum operating temperature capabilities of 1000°F are available utilizing electric heating, and 750°F utilizing thermal fluid heating. In-factory lamination services are available up to 1000°F.

Wood Processing Press Systems – MDF, Particleboard, Plywood, Bamboo and OSB Production Press Lines incorporating hydraulic press and material handling systems are available through OEM Press Systems.
